Lalisa “Lisa” Manobal’s latest music video achieved over 5 million views on YouTube within just three hours of its release. Titled “Rockstar,” the video continued to gain momentum, surpassing 5.1 million views shortly after.
The music became a trending topic in Thailand, especially as much of the video was filmed in Bangkok’s vibrant Yaowarat district. It features the K-pop superstar from Blackpink performing on a street in the city’s renowned Chinatown.
“Rockstar” made its global debut simultaneously worldwide, premiering on YouTube in Thailand at 7 am. Prior to its release, a teaser was unveiled the day before.
RCA Records released the single as part of Lisa’s solo endeavors, alongside her ongoing commitments with Blackpink.
