On March 23, 2025, reports indicated that around 7:00 PM on March 22, a group of students from two institutions assaulted each other inside a shopping mall in the Pathum Wan area on the sixth floor. Initial police reports indicated the arrest of four individuals, and investigations are ongoing to take legal action.
Later that same night, the shopping mall posted a clarification regarding the incident: On Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 7:15 PM, following the altercation between the students from the two institutions, the shopping center immediately coordinated with police to manage the situation, which was resolved quickly. Five individuals, along with one security officer, were taken to the hospital for treatment, and all other store employees and customers were safe.
The shopping center confirmed that reports of loud noises resembling gunshots were false; the sound came from the steel advertising sign hitting the floor.
The shopping center apologized for the inconvenience caused, reaffirming that it continues to operate as usual.
