A 13 year old girl sought help from the police after her pedo father imprisoned her 17 year old sister in her bedroom in the Lak Si district of Bangkok where he repeatedly raped her. The perverted man denied the rape accusations despite evidence to the contrary on his two mobile phones.
Two traffic police officers encountered the 13 year old Praew crying while they were on patrol near Bang Khen Police Station on Sunday, March 19. The teenager immediately asked the officers to help her 17 year old sister Ploy, who had been imprisoned and raped by their 49 year old biological father, Phon.
Praew said her sister asked her to file a complaint with the police. Praew showed the notes that her sister wrote asking for help. The messages said…
“Father assaults me both body and mind. I can’t stand it anymore. I want to report it to the police. I don’t know what to do with my life. He took me to a hotel. I really can’t stand this.”
