The Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) is extending the service hours of its four main lines by two hours on New Year’s Eve.
Trains on the Purple, Blue, Yellow, and Pink Lines will operate until 2 AM on January 1 to accommodate those attending New Year countdown celebrations. The last train will depart from both the departure and terminal stations at 2 AM.
Additionally, park-and-ride facilities will remain open until 1 AM on January 2 for the Purple, Blue, Yellow, and Green lines, and until 2 AM for the Pink Line. This service will be free of charge to encourage greater use of public transportation.
