Meals for Myanmar: Bangkok’s Top Chefs Launch Charity Dining Campaign for Earthquake Relief

Beginning this month and running through July 2025, Bangkok Foodies has launched Meals for Myanmar (#Meals4Myanmar)—a charitable initiative mobilizing Thailand’s top culinary talent and lifestyle brands to raise urgently needed funds for post-earthquake recovery in Myanmar.

The campaign comes in response to the devastating earthquakes that have left thousands homeless, just as the region approaches the monsoon season. Time is of the essence, and the Bangkok hospitality community is stepping up to take action.

Participating restaurants—including Michelin-starred and awarded venues such as Sorn, Baan Tepa, Gaa, 80/20, Haoma, Mia, WanaYook, Maison Dunand, Electric Sheep, Akkee, JHOL, Lahnyai, and Burapa Eastern Thai Cuisine—are donating exclusive tasting menus, “Buy One Get One Free” offers, and other limited experiences. Each voucher comes with unique perks, such as private kitchen tours, chef meet-and-greets, or masterclasses.

Also on offer are vouchers from lifestyle brands, including:GranMonte Vineyard and Winery (winery tours), VIVIN – Café Grocery Bistro (gourmet Thai cheese & charcuterie baskets, and more art pieces, private chef sessions, and influencer experiences to be released progressively.
