Golf enthusiasts from all over Thailand gathered at the stunning Aquella Golf and Country Club, situated on the mesmerizing Andaman Sea coastline for a memorable event hosted by AX Media Thailand. The event showcased the exquisite beauty of the golf course and provided the players with an unforgettable experience.
The course is nestled in the heart of Phang Nga province and under the guidance of General Manager, Brian Gibson from Scotland, it is quickly becoming the go to golf course for those living in Phuket and beyond.
All the players were treated to perfect weather conditions with glorious sunshine and clear blue skies. The fun atmosphere was further enhanced by all the staff getting into the spirit of Oktoberfest by wearing traditional German clothing and along with the traditional German song, Ein Prosit, playing throughout the day, it made for a great event!
As the sun was setting, all the players gathered in the club house for a sumptuous buffet of German fare along with the prize giving taking place. There were many winners on the day with additional prizes being offered for nearest the pins as well as a secret hole competition. However, for the overall tournament there could only be one winning pair and that was the husband and wife duo of Chane and Annie Laosonthorn who had an excellent score of 68 to walk away with the 1st prize of a lovely Titleist golf bag each.
