Cathay Pacific resumes Bangkok to Singapore sector

Cathay Pacific the Hong Kong based airliner has annouced it will resume its Bangkok-Singapore sector on the 31st of march. The flights will be on a daily basis with an Airbus A330-300 aircraft with a 2 class configuration.

The Airline previously served this route prior to Covid on a daily basis. This flight was serving between Bangkok and Singapore for many years using originally the older L1011 tristar then to the Boeing 747-400 which has been doing many years also. It was then replaced with a Boeing 777-300 and then using the Airbus A350 just before it had to stop due to covid. This route was very popular and was another option after Thai Airways and Singapore Airlines for the mainline carriers. Scoot and Air Asia for the low cost.

As on this note the AX Media Thailand team will be covering the innugural flight on the 31st of March from Bangkok to Singapore. This flight will stop in Singapore and will retun to Hong Kong directly from Singapore as the sector flying back to Bangkok the flight originates from Hong Kong. Then stops in Singapore before going back to Hong Kong with a stop in Bangkok.

The Schedule here as follows:

CX 717 to Singapore departs 11:55 and arrives Singapore at 15:25

CX 712 from Singapore departs at 13:25 and arrives in Bangkok at 15:15.
