This development has garnered significant attention as The Cheesecake Factory has prominently displayed a sizable banner at Central World’s entrance, signaling its opening in December.

For those unfamiliar with the brand, The Cheesecake Factory is primarily recognized for its opulent and decadent desserts, characterized by thick cheesecake slices adorned with generous whipped cream dollops.

However, the appeal of this chain extends beyond its delectable desserts. It boasts an extensive and diverse menu that encompasses a wide range of offerings, including burgers, pasta dishes, and Mediterranean cuisine.

Although specific details regarding the opening remain confidential at this juncture, it has been confirmed that the brand’s maiden Thai establishment will be located on the ground floor of CentralWorld, adjacent to Shake Shack, which commenced operations earlier this year.

The origins of The Cheesecake Factory can be traced back to 1972, when it had humble beginnings. In the 1940s, the brand’s founder, Evelyn Overton, stumbled upon a cheesecake recipe in a local Detroit newspaper. Together with her husband, they launched a bakery in Los Angeles, christened ‘The Cheesecake Factory.’

Taking the concept to the next level, their son, David Overton, opened a restaurant in Beverly Hills in 1978, expanding the menu beyond a full-scale re cheesecakes. The brand boasts an impressive presence with over 200 locations in the United States and globally.
