Crane collapse injures 4 at a Bangkok Hospital

Four people are hurt when a crane hits construction workers behind Rajavithi Hospital 2.

Four people were hurt when a crane collided with a construction worker at the Institute of Dermatology Project behind Rajavithi Hospital 2 and Thanyarak Institute. Lt. Col. Prairat Wannee, inspector of the Pratunam Chulalongkorn Police Station, is present today (5 January 23.)

Following receipt of the incident report, the police arrived to conduct an inspection alongside rescuers from Rangsit City Municipality and volunteers from the Por Tek Tung Foundation. A big crane, weighing 45 tons, was discovered on the scaffolding at the scene. 4 injured workers—3 men and 1 woman—with shattered bones and body abrasions were carried by the crane arm. Rescuers arrived quickly. Bring supplies to the hospital. All symptoms are now secure.

The employees said that the crane operated because dirt collapses at the disaster site while it was still under construction.
