Exhibition from the IT&CM Asia at the Bangkok

Day 2 at the IT&CM Asia.

Todays Exhibition had wide ranges of of booths promoting the travel industry within the Asia-Pacific region. Popular was Hong Kong, Thailand, South Korea and the Philippines. At this event there were buyers from all over the world and majority of the buyers reported at this event were from India. Other buyers today were also from Greece and a few from mostly Eastern European countries. Today also at the event was talking about the MICE (Meetings Incentives Convention and Exhibition) in Thailand. Now Thailand has 10 places for Mice such as Bangkok, Phuket, Chiangmai, Surat Thani, Phitsanulok, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Pattaya and Songkhla.

Also mentioned in today that the new Suvarnabhumi Airport concourse will expect another 15 million travelers into Thailand per year. Also Thailand is promoting to be a major hub in the Southeast Asian region for different businesses and most importantly in the travel sector.
