Central Phuket solidifies its reputation as a premier global shopping destination, offering luxurious experiences and relaxation for tourists worldwide.

Recently, the shopping center welcomed three internationally renowned brands – Christian Louboutin, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton – to its lineup.

Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, the chief marketing officer of Central Pattana Plc (CPN), highlighted that Central Phuket transcends mere shopping to cater to diverse lifestyles from across the globe.

Emphasizing the allure of luxury, Mr. Nattakit mentioned that the addition of these three top-tier brands reflects a new trend in luxury experiences aimed at attracting high-spending clientele.

CPN remains committed to enhancing tourism and positioning Phuket as a top-tier global tourist hub, with Central Phuket being a pivotal choice for prestigious global brands along with Bangkok.

Given its prime location in the heart of the city, Central Phuket serves as a beacon for both locals and international visitors, solidifying its place as a landmark in Phuket.

Notably, the shopping center witnessed a remarkable traffic rebound in 2023, showing a 120% increase from 2019, with significant spending coming from international tourists hailing from countries like China, Russia, South Korea, Hong Kong, and the United States.

Thailand hosted over 3.5 million Chinese tourists last year, underlining the country’s appeal as a favored destination for luxury shopping experiences.

Estimates by Bloomberg suggest that Thailand’s luxury goods market is valued at around 1.6 trillion baht and is projected to grow steadily with a compound annual growth rate of 5.62% until 2028, approaching the scale of Singapore’s luxury goods market.

Central Phuket offers a diverse selection of prestigious luxury brands, including Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Dior, Hermes, and Omega, enriching the luxury shopping experience for discerning clientele.
