Looking ahead to 2024, the property market is expected to start recovering, especially for high-end properties. However, there may be challenges due to stricter loan criteria and global economic factors. The top buyers were Chinese, Russians, US citizens, and Myanmar nationals, with Myanmar buyers paying the highest average unit price.
The director of the Real Estate Information Center (REIC) predicts increased demand for high-end properties priced over 10 million baht and emphasizes the need for government support to maintain strong demand and buyer confidence.
