Following last year’s sold-out debut, BYD Hyrox Bangkok is set to return with a three-day fitness spectacle at Bitec on Bang Na-Trat Road from March 20–22.
The 2026 edition is expected to be the biggest Hyrox event ever held in Bangkok, with more than 17,500 participants registered, nearly double the 8,700 athletes who competed in the inaugural race last year.
Hyrox will once again bring its signature indoor hybrid racing format to the city, combining endurance and strength challenges designed to push competitors to their physical limits.
While elite athletes will take part, the event also focuses on celebrating personal achievement among everyday fitness enthusiasts, including those who train regularly in local gyms and parks.
Participants can choose from five race categories to suit different fitness levels: Singles, Singles Pro, Doubles, Doubles Pro and Relay Teams. The event also features an Adaptive division, providing athletes with permanent functional impairments the opportunity to compete in an inclusive and supportive environment.
The race weekend will also see the return of Hyrox House, a festival-style hub serving as a gathering point for both athletes and spectators before and after the race.
Open throughout the event, Hyrox House will feature a curated range of food and beverages, live entertainment, performances by well-known artists, DJ sets and activities suitable for families.
Competitors can also take advantage of a dedicated recovery lounge, offering facilities such as steam saunas, ice and hot plunge pools, compression boots and other recovery services designed to help athletes relax and recover after crossing the finish line.
