KEX Express (Thailand) has announced a strategic rebranding, officially changing its name and trademark to “KEX.”
The express delivery provider aims to enhance its service capabilities through creativity and innovation to better meet customer needs, according to Chief Executive Alex Ng.
The rebranded name, KEX, will be promoted extensively at all service locations nationwide and across various social media channels, with increased media advertising following the name change implemented on August 8. Mr. Ng noted that the rebranding signifies the company’s readiness to navigate the complexities of modern logistics, ensuring high-quality and reliable delivery services while establishing a foundation for ongoing market leadership.
“We are dedicated to excellence in service and community support, ensuring efficient solutions are accessible to everyone through fast and dependable delivery options and a strong network of service points and distribution centers, guaranteeing seamless global connectivity,” he said.
This rebranding is part of several strategies being implemented in collaboration with the company’s new major shareholder, SF Express, the largest integrated logistics service provider in China and throughout Asia.
The partnership aims to ensure a smooth transition and foster future business growth, enhancing KEX’s capacity and market reach in accordance with its global leadership vision, all while maintaining local excellence, as stated by KEX.
New innovations and technologies will be introduced to better address customer needs, according to Mr. Ng.
The company is focused on redefining express delivery by leveraging SF Express’s global network and cutting-edge technology to provide faster, more reliable, and innovative solutions, he added.
KEX remains committed to prioritizing customer trust and satisfaction, which have always been fundamental to its operations, Mr. Ng emphasized.
