Phat Kaphrao tops global as the best stir-fried dish.

Thailand’s delectable dish, Phat Kaphrao, a fiery stir-fried creation infused with fragrant basil and garlic, has claimed the coveted top spot in the “Best Stir-fried Dishes in the World” rankings by TasteAtlas.

In addition to Phat Kaphrao, the popular Pad Thai, a sensational stir-fried rice noodle dish, secured the eighth spot among the 50 finest stir-fried dishes globally, based on ratings from the discerning audience of the website.

The illustrious top 10 list features a variety of culinary delights from around the world. South Korea’s Dak Galbi holds the second position, followed by Ethiopia’s Tibs in third place. Peru’s Lomo Saltado ranks fourth, with China’s beef Chaw Fun taking the fifth spot. Stir-fry shrimps and salt-and-pepper squid, both representing China, claim the sixth and seventh positions, respectively.

Japan’s Yaki-udon secures ninth place, while China’s twice-cooked pork rounds off the esteemed list in the 10th spot.
