Summer Promotion by VietJet

One million cheap tickets are being provided by the airline.

A million cheap tickets are being made available for a short time through another campaign from VietJet. The airline frequently offers deals during certain times of the year or when a new route is introduced, and this time it also promises a good time on some flights as part of its “Summer Parade” festival with a variety of entertainment options.

Offers for one million reduced tickets

VietJet, a low-cost airline in Vietnam, is returning with a new campaign that includes one million tickets priced at $200 (inclusive of fees and taxes) with some restrictions. The week-long promotion, “VietJet pampers you, summer chill,” which begins on May 10 and lasts until May 17, has been given that name by the airline.

Discounted tickets purchased during the special week are valid for travel from August 10 to December 12 on any flight in the airline’s network, including those departing from Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. These discounted tickets are obtainable subject to availability via the airline’s website and mobile application.

The airline further notes that successful ticket bookings made between May 10 and August 15 will include electronic vouchers that customers can use to book their next travel on any of its network’s flights between August 10 and December 31.

Festive Summer Parade

VietJet is also providing an enjoyable experience on a few of its flights as of May, coining the offering the “Summer Parade” festival.

On a few of VietJet’s international and domestic flights, customers can take advantage of a variety of entertainment alternatives both on and off the plane, including celebrity appearances, musical and light acts, and participation in regional carnivals and events.Through the SkyJoy app, VietJet customers can also use their loyalty points to purchase tickets and from more than 250 international restaurants, retailers, and travel agencies.

a profitable increase

Following the carrier’s announcement of its financial results for the first quarter of this year, VietJet announced its most recent offer. The carrier’s air transportation revenue was VND12,880 billion, or about $553 million, while its after-tax profit was VND168 billion, or about $7 million, representing increases of 286% and 320%, respectively, over the previous year.

VietJet flew 31,300 flights in the first quarter, carrying over 5.4 million passengers. The airline increased these values by 57% and 75% from those for the same period in 2022.The airline has just started new services to Australia and South Korea while also increasing its international flying options. Its current fleet of 77 Airbus planes consists of 18 A320-200s, 36 A321-200s, 18 A321neos, and five A330-300s.
