Tula the new baby elephant at Khao Soi Dao Wildlife Sanctuary woos the nation

At the Khao Soi Dao Wildlife Sanctuary in the province of Chanthaburi, Tula lost contact with its herd in October of the previous year.

Wildlife sanctuary personnel took care of the youngster after learning that it had been abandoned by other elephants and gave it the name “Tula,” which means October, the month in which it was discovered.

Tula is now happy and healthy, and the authorities adore her. It enjoys playing and eating.

Elephants in the wild enjoy playing in the water because it maintains their skin parasite-free and clean. Elephants are capable of swimming large distances in addition to floating and breathing using their trunks while submerged.
