Following a significant renovation, Dusit Thani Bangkok is set to reopen on September 27, promising an enhanced holiday experience as part of the Dusit Central Park mixed-use development.
Designed by Architects 49 International and OMA Asia Hong Kong, this opulent hotel will offer 257 guest rooms featuring cantilevered window seats that provide breathtaking views of Lumpini Park and the Bangkok skyline.
The architectural and urban design has been entrusted to André Fu Studio, which skillfully blends the hotel’s rich heritage with modern Thai aesthetics. A warm color palette and subtle traditional motifs will reflect a contemporary interpretation of classic Thai artistry and craftsmanship.
The main lobby will showcase beautiful paintings, murals, and the thoughtfully preserved original main pillars, along with the carved teak ceiling from the former Benjarong Thai Restaurant, evoking a sense of nostalgia. The hotel will also feature a wellness spa and 10 restaurants and bars, developed in partnership with distinguished chefs and mixologists.
Additionally, the Dusit Central Park development will encompass ultra-luxurious Dusit Residences, Dusit Parkside—a modern office tower, an upscale retail center, and an expansive 11,200m² Roof Park, all set to open next year.
