GrabFood has announced the comprehensive rollout of its “Dine Out” service in Thailand, following the acquisition of Chope, Asia’s leading dining reservation platform, last year.

The new service features Dine Out Book Table, a reservation system aimed at the mid-to-premium restaurant segment, and Dine Out Deals, which offers attractive discounts and exclusive offers at over 3,000 participating eateries.

Panomkorn Jirasatienpong, Grab Thailand’s Director of Marketing, explained that the company initially introduced a similar concept called Dine-in in Thailand in 2023.

“Between August 2024 and July 2025, deal transactions increased by over 250%. With Chope’s integration, we have merged expertise and technology to fully expand Dine Out, making dining reservations and deals more accessible, affordable, and enjoyable,” he stated.

The Dine Out Book Table service primarily targets young adults and urban professionals, offering curated selections at top-tier restaurants. Currently, over 500 restaurants in Bangkok and Phuket are partnering with Grab, with plans to expand further.

Meanwhile, Dine Out Deals caters to budget-conscious consumers seeking discounts and value. It offers two types of deals: voucher deals, where customers can purchase discounts or fixed-price menus in advance, and total bill discounts, providing instant savings on the entire bill during dining.

Participating in the campaign are more than 2,500 restaurants.

Mr. Panomkorn added that GrabFood will launch the “Missing Deals & Table” campaign in the third quarter to promote Dine Out, emphasizing hidden values such as unclaimed discounts and long waits for unreserved tables.
