All Four Members Back Together After Military Service
K-pop group iKON brought its "iKON FOUREVER WORLD TOUR" to Bangkok on July 4, delivering what fans and local media described as an explosive, high-energy return to Thailand after nearly two years away. The show at Thunder Dome, Muang Thong Thani, marked the first time members JAY, SONG, BOBBY and CHAN performed together in the country since completing their mandatory national service duties in South Korea, making the reunion especially meaningful for the group's Thai fanbase, known as "Thailand iKONICs." Tickets for the show were sold through Thai Ticket Major, with prices ranging from 2,800 baht for standing CAT3 seating up to 6,800 baht for VVIP packages, and the concert was staged locally by promoter Amplitude Live SEA. Doors opened in the late afternoon ahead of a 5pm show start.
From the opening act, the group leaned on its catalog of fan favorites, running through hits including "LOVE SCENARIO," "KILLING ME" and "RHYTHM TA" to a crowd that sang along throughout the night. Beyond the performances, members took time on stage for heartfelt exchanges with the audience, thanking fans for the reception after their long absence. According to a recap published by Thairath on July 21, the emotional high points of the night centered as much on that sense of reconnection as on the choreography and stage production, with the group repeatedly acknowledging the bond they have built with Thai audiences over the years.
Bangkok Stop Part of Wider Asia-Pacific Tour
The Bangkok concert came roughly six weeks after the FOUREVER World Tour's launch in Seoul, where iKON played two nights at Jangchung Arena on May 16 and 17 to a strong reception, followed by a stop in Tokyo in mid-June. Thailand's show was one of several single-date stops the group added across the wider region as the tour expanded beyond South Korea and Japan. After Bangkok, iKON continued the tour with dates in the Philippines on July 5, Taiwan on July 18 and Singapore on July 25, before wrapping the first leg of the world tour in Malaysia on August 22.
The Bangkok stop is part of a broader wave of K-pop and international acts touring Thailand this year, with the country's concert market continuing to expand alongside major venues such as Thunder Dome and the neighboring IMPACT Arena at Muang Thong Thani, both fixtures on the regional touring circuit. For a group that debuted in 2015 and built a loyal following through years of comebacks and tours, the Bangkok reunion offered a visible marker of iKON's continuity as a full four-member act following each artist's individual military service commitments.
