Final campaign rallies before the general election in Thailand will be held on Friday in Bangkok.

The general election is on Sunday, and the last day for candidates running for parliamentary seats to campaign is today (Friday). As a result, numerous influential political parties have planned sizable protests all throughout Bangkok.

Party of Pheu Thai

The protest will take place in the province of Nonthaburi’s Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani. The leader of the Pheu Thai “Family” and one of the party’s candidates for prime minister, Paetongtarn Shinawatra, will return to the stage after giving birth to her second child around two weeks ago.

“Vote for a Pheu Thai landslide, Thailand changes now” will be the slogan of the demonstration on Friday. Srettha Thavisin, another Pheu Thai contender for prime minister, Party head Chonlanan Srikaew, and Surapong Suebwonglee are among the other speakers at the occasion.

At 4 p.m., the gates open, and the rally begins at 6 p.m.

PP Party Palang Pracharath

The Kilaveth 2 Building at the Thai-Japanese Stadium in Din Daeng has been chosen by the Palang Pracharath Party of Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwan as the location for their final rally. Prawit and party executive member Sakoltee Phattiyakul will lead the demonstration, which runs from 2pm to 6pm. “Move beyond the conflicts” is their catchphrase.

Party that Advances

Pita Limjaroenrat, the leader of the Move Forward Party, selected the Kilaveth 1 Building and a football field close to a swimming pool in the Thai-Japanese Stadium in Din Daeng as the locations for its massive rally.

“Move Forward Party – Sweeping the Country” is the title of the event. Pita and other top party officials will serve as the rally’s leaders. At 4 p.m., the gates open, and the rally begins at 6 p.m.

Thai United Nation Party

The United Thai Nation Party will hold a rally in the Exhibition Hall on the G floor of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, where Prayuth Chan-o-cha, the current prime minister, is a candidate for the position of prime minister.

The gathering will be led by Prayuth and the party’s head Pirapan Salirathavibhaga. Don’t let Lung Tu fight by himself is the rally’s theme. Come out and defend your nation. Join forces with the United Thai Nation Party. (Prayuth is known as “Lung Tu”)

Between 4 and 7.30 p.m., there will be a rally.

Parties of Bhumjaithai

A gathering for the Bhumjaithai Party is planned for Show DC in the Rama IX neighborhood from 4 pm to 9 pm.

Along with other party executives, the gathering will be led by party leader Anutin Charnvirakul, who is also running for prime minister.

Liberal Party

Larn Kon Muang, in front of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, was chosen as the location by the head of the Democratic party, Jurin Laksanawisit, who is also running for prime minister. The gathering will be led by Jurin, while former party leader and ex-premier Abhisit Vejjajiva will speak. The rally kicks off around 5:00 PM.

Parties Thai Sang

The Paragon Shopping Complex’s Parc Paragon was chosen as the rally location by the Thai Sang Thai Party under Sudarat Keyuraphan. The three candidates for prime minister from the party—Sudarat, Supant Mongkolsuthree, and Sita Tiwari—will direct the event. From 6 p.m. until 9 p.m., there will be a rally.

Party Chart Pattana Kla

On Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, the Rama Gardens Hotel will host a rally for the Chart Pattana Kla Party from 6 to 8 p.m.

The event will be led by and feature remarks from Korn Chatikavanij, the party’s nominee for prime minister. Their slogan is “Let’s work together to create a nation of opportunities and combat monopoly capital.” Economic leaders are we.
