Line Man Wongnai announced on Thursday the acquisition of JERA Cloud, a leading Thai startup specializing in cloud and point-of-sale (POS) solutions for beauty and wellness businesses.
This strategic move marks Wongnai’s first expansion of its Merchant Digital Solutions portfolio beyond the restaurant sector, opening new avenues in high-growth industries.
JERA Cloud, operated by Lamunpun IT Company Limited, has been serving the beauty and wellness industry for eight years. It has established itself as the market leader, holding the largest market share and trusted by over 1,700 outlets nationwide, including Aura Bangkok Clinic with 20 branches and Teeth Talk Dental Clinic with 19 branches.
The acquisition broadens Wongnai’s POS business into adjacent, high-growth sectors—particularly beauty and wellness—positioning Thailand as a potential global hub for the industry.
