People Who Were Not Wearing Seat Belts during Songkran Were Responsible for 91% of Serious Injuries
During this year's Songkran festival, there was an increase in significant injuries due to traffic accidents, according to Dr. Opas Karnkawinpong, Secretary General of the Thai Public Health Ministry.
