The newest nonstop service from Delhi to Amsterdam has been announced by Air India

On June 11th, the airline will begin operations.

By introducing a nonstop flight between Delhi and Amsterdam, Air India has expanded its European network. KLM is now the only airline that serves the route, but when Air India begins service next month, customers on this sector will have additional options.

Delhi to Amsterdam nonstop

With the recent announcement of a new nonstop service to Europe, Air India is actively growing its global network. On June 11, the airline will begin operating flights between Delhi and Amsterdam, becoming that city Air India’s eighth continental European destination. Along with providing service to Amsterdam, Air India will increase the number of nonstop flights between India and Europe to 77 each week, giving passengers more flexibility and convenience. The airline will use its fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliners, which can carry 256 passengers in two classes—238 in economy and 18 in business—across two rows. Schedule

The Delhi-Amsterdam flight will run on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday four times per week as per the following schedule:

Increasing connectivity between Europe and Delhi

The previous several months have seen an improvement in Air India’s connectivity between Delhi and Europe. Amsterdam is really the airline’s fourth European destination it has connected to from Delhi in the previous four months. Chief Executive Officer of Air India Campbell Wilson said,

“With the introduction of this new non-stop service to Amsterdam, Air India expands the length of its long-haul network and offers customers more options. It supports our goal of turning Delhi into an important global hub, along with the three other European lines that have recently begun service and others to come.Air India is putting a lot of effort into, among other things, improving its fleet and network as part of its transformation strategy called Vihaan.AI. It has reinstated a number of routes that were shut down during the outbreak.

Air India began operating nonstop flights from Delhi to Copenhagen three times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays on March 1st, some three years after it had last done so.The airline started running direct flights between Delhi and Vienna again on February 18. Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, Delhi-Vienna flight AI153 departs at 14:35 and arrives at 18:45. On Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays, and Mondays, the Milan service runs four times a week since its debut on February 1st.
