At Suvarnabhumi Airport on Thursday, hundreds of supporters of Anntonia Porsild, the freshly crowned Miss Universe Thailand 2023, came to bid her farewell before she departed for the Miss Universe 2023 competition, which will take place in San Salvador, El Salvador on November 18.
Anntonia, 26, a representative of Nakhon Ratchasima, won the title of Miss Universe Thailand 2023 in August and will go on to compete in the 72nd Miss Universe pageant as Thailand’s representative.
Anna Sueangam-iam, Miss Universe Thailand 2022, who gracefully handed over Thailand’s flag to her successor while wearing an exquisite yellow and gold costume crafted from Korat’s renowned Pak Thong Chai silk, joined the fans.
On November 3, the Thai beauty queen will present herself to the Miss Universe organizing committee. On November 15, she will take part in the preliminary round. On November 18, in the evening (7 am on November 19, Thailand time), there will be a final round.
Thai-Danish beauty Anntonia graduated from Stamford International University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and marketing.
She gained notoriety by taking part in the inaugural season of the well-liked television program “The Face Thailand,” placing in the top 15, and joining Ploy Chermarn’s team there.
She participated in the 2019 Miss Supranational Thailand beauty pageant and won, representing Thailand in the Miss Supranational 2019 international competition. She was the first Thai woman to win the title.
