Thai Police Dismantle Online Prostitution Ring, Arrest 10 in Coordinated Raids
NONTHABURI / PATHUM THANI — Thai police have shut down an online prostitution network operating through a subscription-based adult platform, arresting 10 women, including a Laotian national, and seizing over 200,000 baht (US$6,035) during raids at two locations.
The crackdown, dubbed “Operation Love Nest,” was announced on May 3 by Police Lieutenant General Trirong Phiwpan, Police Major General Wiwat Kamchamnarn, and Police Major General Tinnakorn Rangmat. The coordinated effort involved teams from the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Division and the Royal Thai Police, targeting illegal sex work facilitated via the “fiwfans” website — a platform mirroring the functionality of OnlyFans.

- An apartment near Phra Nangklao Bridge in Nonthaburi
- A condominium on Soi Phahonyothin 62 in Pathum Thani
- Arrests made:
- 10 individuals, including a foreign national
- All were allegedly engaged in commercial sex work arranged and promoted through the website

Platform Re-Emergence and Legal Action
Authorities had previously taken action against the original fiwfans.com platform, arresting administrators and several content creators. However, investigators discovered the site had re-emerged under a new URL, fwfans.com, continuing to facilitate illegal activity under a different domain.
Police stated that legal proceedings will be pursued against the platform’s operators and administrators, in addition to the individuals arrested during the latest raids.
Ongoing Enforcement
The Royal Thai Police reaffirmed their commitment to tackling online sex trafficking and exploitation, noting that internet platforms used for such activities remain under close surveillance. Investigations are ongoing, with authorities tracking both digital footprints and financial transactions tied to the illicit operations.
