In Rayong, a 9-month-old baby was found floating. Initially mistaken for a playing child by tourists, a closer look revealed the tragic reality of a lifeless body. Authorities were notified at 6:30 PM and located the baby near PM Way’s coastal vicinity, adjacent to the wave barrier dam.
The infant’s intact body showed signs of skin peeling and diaper attire. The individual who reported the event observed the baby while sitting near the sea in the evening. Police are investigating the possibility of maternal infanticide, speculating that the mother may have given birth and disposed of the body in the sea. Ongoing investigations seek to uncover the circumstances and pursue appropriate legal actions.
